International Certification Examination

Welcome to the official Certified Human Resources Generalist (CHRG) Certification Examination conducted by IIHR – International Institute of Human Resources. This certification assessment is designed to evaluate your professional competency, practical HR knowledge, and industry readiness. Upon successful completion, candidates will receive an Internationally Accredited Digital Certificate along with a Professional Digital Badge, both valid for 3 Years.

🚀 How To Start Your Examination

Step 1 – Register for the Examination

Click on the “Get Course” button to begin your certification examination registration.

Step 2 – Complete Fee Payment

Proceed with the payment according to your category:

• ₹13,500/- – Indian Students
• USD $150 – International Students

Once payment is successfully completed, access to the examination module will be activated automatically.

Step 3 – Start Course

After enrollment, click on the “Start Course” button to enter the CHRG Certification Examination module.

Step 4 – Begin Your Examination

Inside the course module, click on “Start Exam” to launch your certification examination.

After answering all 100 questions, click “Submit Exam” to instantly view your score.

⚠️ Important Examination Rules

• Do not refresh or reload your browser during the examination.
• Do not close the examination window once the examination has started.
• Avoid switching devices or browsers during the assessment.
• Ensure you are in a quiet and distraction-free environment.
• Use a stable internet connection throughout the examination.

Reattempt Policy

Candidates may reattempt the examination if required.

• 5 marks will be deducted for every reattempt.
• The deduction applies cumulatively for multiple attempts.

Immediately after clicking “Submit Exam”:

• ✅ Your examination score will be displayed instantly
• ✅ Certification eligibility will be verified automatically
• ✅ Digital Badge access will be activated

If you do not meet the passing benchmark, you may reattempt the examination as per the reattempt policy.
